Each Partner Institution shall be eligible for:

• One (1) Free Faculty Development Program per academic year

• One (1) Free Awareness / Orientation Session for students or parents

Fee Revision & Flexibility Clause

• The Centre reserves the right to revise fees annually based on operational costs and

technological upgrades

• Partner Institutions shall receive prior intimation and preferential pricing

• Government, rural, and CSR-supported institutions may be offered special

concessions subject to approval

Applicability

This Annexure shall remain valid for the duration of the MoU and shall be read in conjunction with the main agreement. Any deviation shall require mutual written consent ofboth Parties.
